Returns & Exchanges: We want all of our customers to be happy, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return the item(s) within 14 days of the received date. Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.You can get a credit back to the purchaser’s credit card/PayPal account.
We are also happy to make exchanges within 14 days of your receipt of the order provided we have the desired items(s) in stock. (To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account -- we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return.)
The items must be in original and unused condition. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged by misuse or washing damage. Thread coloring is done with the highest of technical standards. Due to the conditions of use, washing or cleansing of any dyed thread are beyond our control, no responsibility can be assumed for damages for any cause whatsoever. (Return delivery charge costs cannot be refunded.) Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt.
